577.14 DUTY OF COURT ADMINISTRATOR. The court administrator shall endorse the day, hour, and minute of the filing of the assignment. The assignment shall be entered in the court administrator's register, and all papers filed and orders made in the matter of the assignment shall be noted therein as in the case of a civil action.
