Chapter 430 — LAND FOR STREETS AND PARKS
Section 430.09 — TITLE ACQUIRED.

430.09 TITLE ACQUIRED. Title obtained to land designated for park purposes and motor vehicle parking lots under this chapter must be an absolute estate in fee simple, unqualified in any way, and must vest in the city. The city shall take only an easement in other land.
