5B.09 REPORT TO LEGISLATURE. The secretary of state shall annually report to the chairs of the legislative committees having jurisdiction over government data practices and public safety stating the number of persons participating in the Safe at Home program during the previous calendar year. The report must be submitted annually by February 1.
