383E.22 BONDS ISSUANCE VALIDATED. The provisions of sections 373.47, subdivision 1, and 403.36, subdivision 3, requiring prior review and approval by the Statewide Radio Board do not apply to the general obligation bonds issued by Anoka County in a principal amount of $10,500,000 on November 20, 2002.
