383B.565 PLATS AND SURVEYS; APPROVAL. In the county of Hennepin, each subdivision plat or registered land survey plat shall be approved by the Hennepin county surveyor before recording. The proprietor of such plat shall be charged a fee for such service in accordance with a schedule established by the board of commissioners.
