Section 367.15 — TOWN TREASURER; BOND.

367.15 TOWN TREASURER; BOND. Every town treasurer, before beginning the duties of the office, shall give bond to the town in an amount to be determined by the board, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of treasurer. The bond shall be filed for record with the county auditor.
