353G.04 INFORMATION FROM MUNICIPALITIES AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS. The chief executive officers of municipalities and fire departments with volunteer firefighters covered by the voluntary statewide volunteer firefighter retirement plan shall provide all relevant information and records requested by the board, the executive director, and the State Board of Investment as required to perform their duties.
