325K.27 COURT RULES. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the authority of the Supreme Court to adopt rules of pleading, practice or procedure, or of the court of appeals or district courts to adopt supplementary local rules, governing the use of electronic messages and documents, including, but not limited to, rules governing the use of digital signatures in judicial proceedings.
