299J.17 OTHER REMEDIES PRESERVED. Sections 299J.01 to 299J.17 do not abolish or diminish the right of a person to bring a legal action or use a remedy available under any other provision of state or federal law, including common law, to recover for personal injury, disease, economic loss, or other costs arising out of a release.
