256.9872 EBT TRANSACTION COSTS; SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The commissioner of human services shall not subsidize retailers for electronic benefit transfer Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program transactions.
