245.96 CIVIL ACTIONS. The ombudsman and designees of the ombudsman are not civilly liable for any action taken under sections 245.91 to 245.97 if the action was taken in good faith, was within the scope of the ombudsman's authority, and did not constitute willful or reckless misconduct.
