245.945 REIMBURSEMENT TO OMBUDSMAN FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. The commissioner shall obtain federal financial participation for eligible activity by the ombudsman for mental health and developmental disabilities. The ombudsman shall maintain and transmit to the Department of Human Services documentation that is necessary in order to obtain federal funds.
