245.75 FEDERAL GRANTS FOR MINNESOTA INDIANS. The commissioner of human services is authorized to enter into contracts with the Department of Health, Education, Welfare and the Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, for the purpose of receiving federal grants for the welfare and relief of Minnesota Indians.
