245.485 WHERE A CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT. Sections 245.461 to 245.484 and 245.487 to 245.4889 do not independently establish a right of action on behalf of recipients of services or service providers against a county board or the commissioner. A claim for monetary damages must be brought under section 3.736 or 3.751.
