Section 103E.251 — FILING PRELIMINARY SURVEY REPORT.

103E.251 FILING PRELIMINARY SURVEY REPORT. The engineer shall file the completed preliminary survey report in duplicate with the auditor. The auditor shall send one copy of the report to the director. If the proposed drainage project involves a joint county drainage project or system, a copy of the report must be filed with the auditor of each affected county.
