609B.540 POSSESSION OR CONTROL OF OBSCENE MATERIAL; DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY. A person convicted of possessing obscene books or other matter under sections 617.241 to 617.26 shall have the material seized and destroyed by court order under section 617.27.
