609B.341 DOMESTIC ABUSE ACT; PISTOL POSSESSION PROHIBITION FOR REPEAT OFFENDERS. If convicted under section 518B.01, subdivision 14, paragraph (b) or (c), a person meeting the conditions set forth in section 518B.01, subdivision 14, paragraph (l), is not entitled to possess a pistol. Property rights may not be abated but access may be restricted by the courts.
