609B.164 INDIVIDUAL COLLECTOR REGISTRATION; PRIOR CONVICTIONS AS DISQUALIFICATION. Under section 332.35, a license shall not be issued to, and registration shall not be accepted for, any person, firm, corporation, or association, or any officers, which, within the past five years, have been convicted in any court of fraud or any felony.
