609B.141 CONVICTION FOR TREASON OR FELONY; INELIGIBILITY FOR BALLOT CERTIFICATION. If a person is convicted of a felony or treason and has not had the person's civil rights restored, under section 204B.10 the person's name shall not be certified to be placed on a ballot.
