609B.133 PUBLIC CONTRACTS; ELIGIBILITY FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CONTRACTS. Under section 161.315, a contractor and the contractor's affiliates convicted of a contract crime are disqualified from receiving the award of a state contract or from serving as a subcontractor or material supplier under a state contract.
