609B.122 CHILD ABUSE, SEXUAL ABUSE, OR SIMILAR CONVICTION; CERTAIN TEACHERS DISCHARGED. Upon receipt of notice that the teacher's license has been revoked due to a conviction for child abuse or sexual abuse under section 122A.20, a teacher under contract either as a probationary teacher or a continuing-contract teacher under section 122A.40 or 122A.41 must be discharged.
