609B.121 CHILD ABUSE, SEXUAL ABUSE, OR SIMILAR CONVICTION; REVOCATION OR DENIAL OF TEACHER'S LICENSE. Under section 122A.20 or any similar law of another state or the United States, a person convicted of child abuse or sexual abuse, using minors in a sexual performance, or possessing pornographic works involving a minor shall have the person's teaching license revoked.
