Chapter 583 — FARMER-LENDER MEDIATION
Section 583.305 — PROHIBITED WAIVERS.
A waiver of mediation rights under the Farmer-Lender Mediation Act is void except as expressly allowed under the Farmer-Lender Mediation Act.
