515.21 OWNER ABANDONMENT, WAIVER OF USE, DOES NOT AVERT LIABILITY. No apartment owner is exempt from liability for that owner's contribution towards the common expenses by waiver of the use or enjoyment of any of the common areas and facilities or by abandonment of that owner's apartment.
