471.1911 VALIDATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT AGREEMENTS. Agreements entered into by school districts pursuant to the provisions of sections 471.15 to 471.191 or Laws 1967, chapter 33, prior to May 15, 1978, without a referendum, are not void and are hereby validated.
