383B.491 MINNESOTA STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM BILLING AUTHORITY. The Minnesota State Retirement System executive director is authorized to enter into an interagency agreement with Hennepin County under which the Minnesota State Retirement System would directly bill the county for the cost of the Minnesota State Retirement System's administration of the Hennepin County Supplemental Retirement Plan.
