383B.455 LEGAL OFFICERS' SALARIES. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, in the county of Hennepin the county attorney, court administrator of district court, and sheriff shall receive as compensation for all services of every kind and nature performed as such officials, annual salaries as shall be determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County.
