340A.319 REPORTS BY BREWERS. The commissioner may require a brewer that manufactures 25,000 or fewer barrels of malt liquor in any year to report to the commissioner, on a form and at the frequency the commissioner prescribes, on the total amount of malt liquor brewed by the brewer.
