325H.07 RECORDS REQUIRED. The tanning facility owner or operator shall maintain a record of each consumer's total number of tanning visits at the facility, and the dates and durations of tanning exposures for a period of three years after exposure. In an apartment or a condominium a record of tokens sold is sufficient.
