322B.348 CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT TO SUBMIT MATTER TO MEMBERS. A limited liability company may agree to submit a matter to its members whether or not the board determines, at any time after approving the matter, that the matter is no longer advisable and recommends that members reject it.
