273.371 REPORTS OF UTILITY COMPANIES.

Subdivision 1. Report required. Every electric light, power, gas, water, express, stage, and transportation company and pipeline doing business in Minnesota shall annually file with the commissioner on or before March 31 a report under oath setting forth the information prescribed by the commissioner to enable the commissioner to make valuations, recommended valuations, and equalization required under sections 273.33, 273.35, 273.36, 273.37, and 273.3711. If all the required information is not available on March 31, the company or pipeline shall file the information that is available on or before March 31, and the balance of the information as soon as it becomes available.

Subd. 2. Extension. The commissioner for good cause may extend the time for filing the report required by subdivision 1. The extension may not exceed 15 days.
