Section 238.22 — DEFINITIONS.
Subdivision 1. Scope. The terms used in sections 238.22 to 238.27 have the meanings given them in section 238.02, subdivisions 1a, 1c, 1d, 21a, 28a, 29a, 31a, and 31d.
