Section 237.771 — DISCRIMINATION.

237.771 DISCRIMINATION. The rates of a telephone company under a plan must be the same in all geographic locations of the state except for good cause. A plan may contain provisions that define good cause, including consideration of the ability to respond to competition. Sections 237.09, 237.121, and 237.60, subdivision 3 apply to a telephone company under a plan.
