Section 237.17 — EXTENSION OF LONG-DISTANCE LINE.

237.17 EXTENSION OF LONG-DISTANCE LINE.

Any telephone company may extend its long-distance lines into or through any city of this state for the furnishing of long-distance service only, subject to sections 237.162 and 237.163.
