Section 205A.01 — DEFINITIONS.

205A.01 DEFINITIONS. Subdivision 1. Scope. The definitions in chapter 200 and in this section apply to this chapter.
Subd. 2. School district. "School district" means an independent or special school district, as defined in section 120A.05.
