Section 32.484 — ENFORCEMENT.

32.484 ENFORCEMENT. The commissioner of agriculture shall be charged with the enforcement of sections 32.481 to 32.483 and shall have authority to promulgate in the manner provided by law all such rules as are necessary to the enforcement thereof.
