18J.09 CREDITING OF PENALTIES, FEES, AND COSTS. Penalties, cost reimbursements, fees, and other money collected under this chapter must be deposited into the state treasury and credited to the appropriate nursery and phytosanitary, industrial hemp, or seed account.
