16C.15 REHABILITATION FACILITIES AND EXTENDED EMPLOYMENT PROVIDERS. The commissioner, in consultation with the commissioner of employment and economic development, shall prepare a list containing products and services of certified rehabilitation facilities and extended employment providers as described in chapter 268A for acquisition by state agencies and institutions.
