16C.001 COMMISSIONER'S AUTHORITY; SCOPE. The commissioner's authority in this section applies to an agency and is subject to other provisions of this chapter and chapter 16B. Unless otherwise provided, the provisions in this chapter and chapter 16B do not apply to the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
