16A.722 LOSS OR DAMAGE TO STATE PROPERTY. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, an agency that receives a reimbursement for the loss of or damage to state property may deposit the reimbursement in the current year's account. The reimbursement is reappropriated for the purpose of replacing or repairing the state property.
