16A.60 COST TO COLLECT HIGHWAY TAXES TO GENERAL FUND. The commissioner, when authorized from time to time by law, shall transfer money from the highway user tax distribution fund to the general fund. The transfer is to reimburse the general fund for the cost of collecting the taxes mentioned in the Constitution, article XIV.
