174.36 NOTICE OF STUDIES OF HIGH-SPEED RAIL. The commissioner shall notify the chairs of the senate and house of representatives committees with jurisdiction over transportation finance whenever the commissioner spends state funds to study high-speed intercity passenger rail service.
