174.18 ADVERTISEMENT OF HIGHWAY CONTRACT. Notwithstanding anything in chapter 16C to the contrary, all contracts for the repair, improvement, maintenance, or construction of highways or highway bridges must be advertised and let as provided by law for highway construction contracts.
