171.167 NOTICE TO COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE INFORMATION SYSTEM. The department shall participate fully in the commercial driver's license information system established under the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986 at United States Code, title 49, section 31309.
