162.15 ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS. The necessary personal expenses of the members of any boards appointed by the commissioner shall be considered administrative costs of the Department of Transportation, and reimbursement of the expenses shall be made from the sums deducted for administrative costs as heretofore provided.
