161.40 JOINT FACILITIES WITH DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. The commissioner may enter into agreements with the state Division of Emergency Management to build, operate and maintain joint facilities in cases where the Division of Emergency Management contributes its proportionate financial share.
