152.095 ADVERTISEMENT OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA PROHIBITED. It is unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to place in any newspaper, magazine, handbill, or other publication any advertisement or promotion for the sale of drug paraphernalia. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
