144G.06 UNIFORM CONSUMER INFORMATION GUIDE. The commissioner shall adopt a uniform format for the guide to be used by individual providers, and the required components of materials to be used by providers to inform assisted living clients of their legal rights, and shall make the uniform format and the required components available to assisted living providers.
