138.95 NATIVE AMERICAN MEMORIAL PLAN. The Minnesota Historical Society shall develop a plan for selecting a design for a capitol mall memorial to Native Americans. The selection may involve a design competition with a prize for the winning design. Funding may involve state funds or gifts from private or public sources.
