136F.18 CAMPUS CLOSING. The board may close a campus under its jurisdiction according to policies adopted by the board. Prior to closing a campus, the board shall hold a public hearing on the issue in the area which would be affected by the closing. At the hearing affected persons shall have an opportunity to present testimony.
